Thermal Decomposition of Organic Materials
I-Pec Engineering OÜ is a company with more than 10 year experience in handling the feedstock from waste and converting it into reliable source of alternative energy.
TDP plant is dedicated to the low-temperature pyrolysis processing of hydrocarbon materials of any composition. The process outputs are liquid oil, synthetic gas and dry residue (carbon black).
Pyrolysis technology is defined as thermal destruction of feedstock in condition of oxygen deficit. The temperature ranges between 400°C and 550°C. TDP plant is capable to process drilling waste, oil sludge, waste oils, plastic, tires and other rubber products. The plants productive capacity ranges from 100 kg/h up to 1500 kg/h.
The outputs derived by cracking of raw materials are efficient at green applications:
- Pyrolysis oil can be used as alternative fuel source for renewable industries or can be refined
- Biochar can be used for road construction, as reinforcing agent or coloring material
- Gas ensures self-sustained operation of the plant or can be used for power generation
The benefits presented by I-Pec Engineering OÜ technologies make I-Pec Engineering OÜ technologies the leading equipment on the international waste management market.
