The launch of the upgraded TDP-2-200 thermal decomposition unit with a capacity of up to 200 kg/h has been successfully completed at the production site TRIDACNA Ltd. (Israel). TRIDACNA Ltd. is the Israeli company specializing in the treatment and recycling of industrial wastewater. TRIDACNA also provides services for the treatment of tank sludge, based on extensive experience in handling such wastes when working with sewage from various industries.

Pyrolysis unit is designed for processing of tank oil sludge generated during transportation of petroleum products and storage in containers of various designs. A feature of this model is the additional pyrolysis gas purification unit, including a wet scrubber and a carbon filter. Raw material supply is an automated system of twin screw.

To date, raw materials of the Customer, oil sludge, have been successfully tested, commissioning works — carried out, the staff — trained. The plant started its operation and reached design capacity.
