An upgraded continuous pyrolysis unit TDP-2-200 for Gazprom Neft-Yamal LLC was shipped from the IPEC production site.

The furnace is designed for processing oil-containing production waste from the Novoportovskoye field (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Tyumen Region).

In order to increase the recycling efficiency of the equipment, the following modernization solutions were implemented:

• three gas-liquid separators were replaced by one unit equipped with a packed set for space efficiency and better vapor-liquid mixture separation;
• TDP-2-200 was equipped with a four-screw reactor instead of the standard twin-screw reactor, which in turn increases the heat exchange surface.
