The construction supervision of pyrolysis plant TDP-2, manufactured by the order of Gazprom Neft PJSC and installed at the Messoyakhskoye field (YaNAO) was successfully completed. The furnace is intended for oil sludge and frozen oil-contaminated soils treatment.

The first run and commissioning of TDP-2-800 are expected in the very near future. The pyrolysis plant can process not only oily waste, but also sludge from household and combined sewer sludge treatment facilities. Because of the raw materials specificities, the feed hopper of TDP-2-800 is equipped with waste crusher for branches and stones, which can’t be removed from the frozen soil supplied for processing.

Also, because of the Far North climate conditions, the other technological solutions were provided: the plant has a modular design, which provides a high grade of manufacture and facilitates installation of equipment on-site; it was also mounted on a pile foundation, which enables to keep low temperature in the ground-level space, avoid soil melting and reduce the total weight of building constructions.
