The active development and operation of the Kuyumbinskoye oil and gas condensate field is accompanied by an increase in waste generation. IPEC specialists (as part of Safe Technologies IG) have developed technical solutions to optimize the technological process and increase the overall productivity of the equipment.

TDP-2-800 utilizes highly-watered drilling sludge, which is partially dehydrated beforehand. The productivity of the upgraded plant has been increased by 2.5 times and reaches 15 cubic meters per day.

It should be reminded that compliance with the principles of «pitless drilling» technology allows not only the disposal of waste, but also obtaining of technological soil, which is a certified commercial product.
